Building Communities Through The Power Of Work

Welcome to Goodwill Industries

What better way to build a strong community than to empower its youth?

Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma, or GICO’s dedication to Central Oklahoma’s youth can be seen through its mentoring program for youth between the ages of 12 and 17, its adjustment program for high school students preparing to transition into the working world, and especially in its scholarship for high school students with disabilities.

GICO encourages students with disabilities to pursue higher education by awarding a high school senior with the GICO Abilities Scholarship each year. This year, GICO will present a concert, “Peace, Love & Goodwill,” to benefit the GICO Abilities Scholarship for high school students with disabilities.

The event will take place August 23, 2012 at the Coca-Cola Bricktown Events Center in Oklahoma City at 6:30. Doors will open at 5:30. The headliner will be Walk off the Earth; opening performances will include Tony Lucca, John Fullbright, Maggie McClure and Shane Henry.

Help us raise funds for our scholarship so that we may continue to support the youth in Central Oklahoma. Tickets are available at STUBWIRE.COM and at the Coca-Cola Bricktown Events Center.

General Admission $25 in advance, $30 day of show.

Reserved seating $40

Your ticket purchase brings Oklahoma’s youth closer to reaching their potential. Thank you for your support, from all of us at GICO!
