This in turn helps strengthen our community and local commerce by increasing the number of skilled, hardworking people in the workforce. Career development helps individuals improve their work skills, set career goals, and reach their potential. Contract work creates a mutually beneficial relationship between Oklahoma Goodwill and other local agencies by providing professional services to the agencies while employing persons with disabilities and other disadvantages.
