Our mission is to enhance the quality of life of persons with disabilities and other persons who are vocationally disadvantaged by maximizing participation in society and expanding opportunities through skill development, placement, and supportive programs.
Our values include respect, responsibility, collaboration, and stewardship. We do our best to think globally and act locally. Most of all, we believe in the power of work to transform lives. Work is central to dignity and economic self-sufficiency. The community is a better place when its citizens are able to work and contribute to its strengths and success.
Our vision is of a world where people are able to be productive workers regardless of disability or previous work history.
"Friends of Goodwill, be dissatisfied with your work until every handicapped and unfortunate person in your community has an opportunity to develop to his fullest usefulness and enjoy a maximum of abundant living."
--Dr. Edgar J. Helms, Founder of Goodwill Industries International
